The Sumo Wrestlers have the usual 10 minions and 10 actions. The total minion base power (not counting any abilities) is slightly higher than usual at 31 or an average of 3.1 per minion compared to the usual 30 and 3. There are several minions and actions that can boost the power of minions beyond their base value.

1x Body Slam - Choose another player and a base where you have a minion. Move all of their minions there to another base.
1x Bulking Stew - Discard any number of cards. For each card discarded, place a +1 power counter on one of your minions.
2x Chikara-Mizu - Give one of your minions +2 power until the end of the turn, or discard a card to give it +4 power instead.
1x Fighting Spirit Prize - Draw two cards and place two +1 power counters total on your minions.
2x Grasp the Belt - Choose a base where you have a minion. Move a minion from there to another base.
1x Head Butt - Choose a base where you have a minion. Destroy another player’s action that has been played there or on a minion there.
1x Performance Prize - Draw three cards.
1x Technique Prize - Place three +1 power counters on one of your minions.
